What Terravswift does, plainly stated
Terravswift is a content operations consultancy based in Thika, Kenya. We design the systems, processes, and training programmes that allow in-house marketing teams to produce content at a steady pace — without burning out the manager who holds everything together. We are not a content agency. We don't write your blog posts, manage your social accounts, or produce your videos. What we do is build the infrastructure around the people who do those things: the editorial strategy that tells them what to write, the pipeline that tells them how to move work forward, and the onboarding programme that makes sure they actually follow the system. Our clients are typically businesses with one to fifteen people in or adjacent to a marketing function — companies that have started content but find it inconsistent, slow, or entirely dependent on one overworked person.
How we work and what we've learned since 2019
Terravswift was founded in 2019 after seeing the same pattern repeat across Kenyan businesses: capable marketing teams producing erratic content because nobody had ever designed the system around them. In the five years since, we have completed more than 60 content operations engagements across sectors including fintech, agriculture, logistics, retail, and media. Every engagement begins with a diagnostic conversation — we ask about your team structure, your existing tools, the volume you're trying to hit, and where work currently stalls. We never recommend a service before we understand the actual constraint. Our approach is to transfer capability, not create dependency. This means we work alongside your team rather than for them, and every deliverable is designed to be maintained by your people after we leave. We operate primarily in Nairobi, Thika, and Kiambu County, with remote delivery available for teams elsewhere in Kenya. We work in English.
