Service — Content Pipeline Design

Why does every piece of content feel like it's the first one?

We design a repeatable production pipeline so your team moves from brief to published without reinventing the process each time.

A pipeline turns content production from chaos into craft

When there's no defined pipeline, every article, post, or email takes longer than it should and carries unnecessary stress. Someone forgets a step. The SEO check happens after publishing. The graphic request comes in the night before deadline. Terravswift maps your full production lifecycle — idea capture, briefing, writing, editing, design, legal review if needed, scheduling, and post-publish tracking — and rebuilds it as a documented workflow with clear owners, timelines, and hand-off checkpoints. We configure the workflow inside the tool your team already uses: Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or Monday.com. You don't need new software; you need the right setup in what you have. The pipeline we build has been running in teams as small as two people and as large as fifteen, across media, fintech, and FMCG categories in Kenya.

Pipeline components we design and configure

Stage-by-stage workflow map

A visual workflow document showing every production stage, who owns it, what the input is, and what done looks like — so there's no ambiguity about where a piece of content currently sits.

Brief and checklist templates

Standardised templates for content briefs, editing checklists, and post-publish review so quality is built into the process, not dependent on one senior person's memory.

Tool configuration and setup

We build the workflow inside your chosen project management tool — boards, statuses, automations, and recurring task templates — and test it with a real piece of content before we hand it over.

SLA and turnaround standards

We help you define realistic turnaround standards for each stage — writing, editing, design — so the team has shared expectations and managers can spot a blockage before it becomes a crisis.

What happens after the pipeline is built

Pipeline design is a two-week engagement. Week one: we shadow your existing process, identify the three or four biggest friction points, and draft the new workflow map. We share it with your team lead for review and gather input from the people who will actually use it. Week two: we configure the tool, populate templates, run one live content piece through the full pipeline as a test, and host a handoff session so every team member understands the new flow. After the engagement closes, your team owns the pipeline. We offer a 60-day check-in call at no charge to assess how adoption is going and adjust anything that's not working — but the day-to-day running is yours. We do not offer ongoing pipeline management as a retainer.

“Our content used to sit in email threads for weeks waiting on approvals. Terravswift rebuilt our entire flow in ClickUp and trained the team in one afternoon. Within a month, our average time from brief to published dropped from 18 days to 6.”
