What to expect after you reach out
Once you submit your enquiry, a member of the Terravswift team will read it within one business day and reply with either a few clarifying questions or a link to book a 30-minute discovery call. On that call, we'll listen more than we talk — we want to understand your team structure, your publishing goals, and where the current process is costing you time or quality. At the end of the call, we'll tell you honestly which engagement makes sense to start with, or whether the timing isn't right. We don't push people into engagements that won't land well. If you're not ready, we'll say so and suggest when to come back.
Common questions before getting in touch
Do you work with teams outside Thika?
Yes. While we're based in Thika and do a lot of work in Nairobi and Kiambu County, all our engagements can be delivered entirely remotely via video call and collaborative tools. Location is no barrier.
How quickly can an engagement start?
We typically have a two to three week lead time from signed agreement to kickoff. If you have an urgent need, mention it in your initial message and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What size team do you usually work with?
Most of our clients have between two and fifteen people in or around their content function. We've also worked with solo marketing managers who oversee freelancers — the system design works the same way.
